Rapid cooling technology - is a molding technology for PET containers, especially for thick bottomed bottles, which have a more significant effect.
The cooling time at the injection molding station is set to zero, and the cooling work is set to 2 station , which greatly shortens the molding cycle.

Energy saving servo pump

The oil pump uses a servo motor, which is characterized by being pneumatic only in case of demand, and controlling the speed and pressure of hydraulic oil through the oil pump.

Advantages of using servo motor oil pump:

* Energy saving - When the servo motor is not in action, it is in a standstill state. The injection and locking modes are independent servo pumps, and each pump is operated independently,The actual load ratio is about 20% of the actual load (average). Save 40% electricity compared to older models of non servo pump equipment.

* High precision - The torque of the servo motor can be freely controlled.

* Shorten the cycle - actions can be synchronized.

* Low noise - optimized production environment, idle equipment is about 45.3 decibels (20% lower than 12N).

* Low consumption - Low water and electricity consumption.

* Reduce production costs - due to low consumption.

* Reduce heat dissipation - servo motors have a lower heat dissipation rate.
